Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and on-site support.
• Track and maintain budgets, ensuring cost-effective event execution.
• Prepare event materials such as schedules, signage, and guest lists.
• Gather feedback and compile post-event reports to improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations during events.
