2024 Summer Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Internship - Greenwood, IN

Role + Responsibilities  

• Duration: This is a 12-week, full-time commitment (40 hours per week) focused on project-oriented learning. 
• Skill Development: Our program offers a platform for skill development, mentorship, and the enhancement of soft skills. 
• Mentorship: You will thrive in a supportive environment with access to experienced mentors who provide valuable guidance and feedback. 
• Project Selection: You will have the autonomy to assist in selecting projects that align with your skills and interests.

Qualification + Profile  

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field 
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions 
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills 
• A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges 
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership for your projects
