Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Shower Team Day Shift

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Shower Team to join our compassionate team of caregivers.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for personal hygiene and bathing of residents.  The Shower Team CNA will also perform standard CNA duties including providing daily routine nursing care and services and contributing to the success of our organization through setting the gold standard for rehabilitative care. Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide personal hygiene care by assisting residents with bathing needs and routine nursing care and services per the resident’s care plan such as:

o   Assist with activity of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing and feeding

o   Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse

o   Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

o   Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

·       Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, such as scheduled orientation programs and activities, facility in-service training programs, etc. 

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification  

·       Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
