If your answer is YES we are looking forward to meeting you.</p> <p><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></p> <p>Be part of a team where you will:</p> <ul> <li>Have a<strong> 360 understanding</strong> of<strong> all Glovo growth levers</strong> and optimize their <strong>strategy</strong> for the Q-commerce business (<strong>pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms</strong>)</li> <li>Be a part of the <strong>implementation and execution</strong> of the strategies defined in <strong>all Glovo markets (22)</strong></li> <li>Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different <strong>Growth experiments</strong> to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved</li> <li>Understand<strong> business needs</strong> and create <strong>insightful analysis </strong>helping your team <strong>challenge the status quo</strong> and make the right decisions</li> <li>Drive <strong>projects end-to-end</strong> translating business challenges into <strong>insights, actions and results</strong></li> <li>Identify <strong>growth opportunities</strong> to increase our <strong>user base, increase frequency and retention</strong> rates and maximize profitability</li> <li>Work directly with <strong>Glovo leaders </strong>(VPs, Growth directors, …) </li> <li>Have an active role in the expansion of the<strong> Glovo Q-commerce rocket</strong><br/><br/></li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert in Google sheets / Excel. Expertise in SQL strongly preferred</li> <li>Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary</li> <li>Curious attitude and eager to learn</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment</li> <li>Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar</li> <li>Experience in Looker or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Great communication, visualization &amp; storytelling skills</li> <li>Curious attitude and eager to learn</li> </ul> <p>Individuals representing diverse profiles, <strong>and abilities,</strong> encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
