Role
Harvey is seeking a People Systems & Program Lead. The role will have a huge impact by scaling our HR operations quickly and effectively, and will help develop a best in class employee experience. You’ll report directly to our Head of People, partnering closely on initiates such as the design, implementation, and administration of Harvey’s compensation programs, benefits administration, managing our HRIS, delivery of high-impact projects, and establishing service excellence.
Responsibilities
Compensation
In partnership with the Head of People, develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation packages are competitive.
Oversee the administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
Partner closely with our recruiting team on external offers.
Ensure compliance with all compensation-related laws and regulations.
HRIS Management
Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems.
Ensure HRIS systems are utilized effectively to streamline HR processes and provide accurate data and reporting.
Benefits
Lead the project to move Harvey off of a PEO, and onto a self-administered benefits plan.
Ensure benefits strategies are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep programs competitive and effective.
Manage a leave administration vendor and ensure compliance with payroll
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data from benefits, compensation, and HRIS to to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and inform decision-making.
Prepare and present reports on program effectiveness and recommendations for improvements.
Use data to forecast future needs and budget accordingly.
Strategic Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Design and implement change management and communication strategies to drive successful adoption of new programs and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR Services.
Experience in program/project management, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
