Lead Laboratory Assistant - PAMC Clinical Lab

Assists Supervisor in coordinating the daily work flow of the Clinical Laboratory Assistant Team in providing service to our inpatient and outpatient customers for quick registration, specimen collection, receiving, and processing.  Coordinates training for new employees and assures competency for new and current employees.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0  FTE,  Night Shift,   40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 2 years Customer service experience.
• 5 years Experience in an acute care setting to include but not limited to experience in phlebotomy, central receiving and processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous lead and/or training experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
