Your team

You’ll be working in the IB aligned SBL Middle office team in NYC.
The Middle Office team primary control focus is ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transactions from front end risk management systems to downstream systems. As the link between the front office, prime Broker, other operations and finance functions, you'll also be involved in regulatory, client, and process improvement initiatives as required.
As an Middle Office Specialist you’ll play an important role in managing the operational risk of the Global SBL Financing Services business and improving the client experience

Your expertise

• 5+ years of experience within a middle office and or P&L control environment.
• understanding of risk management for equities.
• working knowledge of Stock Borrow product and vendor systems ( Pirum, Equilend, Global1 )
• great at problem analysis and resolution: identify and examine problems in order to understand them, provide solutions for remediation which are logical, reasonable and realistic.
• clear communication style and escalation awareness.
• collaboration across functions to deliver strategic projects and change.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $85000 to $105000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
