Our journey so far? An expansion across various markets, prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and proactive tech revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Not to mention, our growth has skyrocketed 6X since the last round, nearing 1 million monthly charging sessions, and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily! Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.</p><p>We are looking to hire a Manager of Strategic Operations to build out our market intelligence function, execute our internationalization strategy and deliver cross-functional projects to take Monta’s performance to the next level. This is a pivotal role providing an insider view into the go-to-market strategy and the journey of scaling a venture-backed SaaS scale-up globally. This role will be based out of either our London or Paris offices.</p><p>Our new Manager probably has a few years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a VC. You must be a great communicator and be able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and daily operations. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and department heads to drive analysis to propel Monta into new markets, evaluate new revenue opportunities and industry verticals to diversify our portfolio and lead the implementation of cross-functional projects.</p><p>You will be reporting to Mike, our Director Strategic Operations, and work within our StratOps team.</p><p></p><p><strong>(Some) of the things you will be doing: </strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive market research to understand emerging trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in the EV charging sector globally.</li> <li>Analyze market data to identify potential new revenue streams and product opportunities for the company. Serve as a subject matter expert and dive into market dynamics.</li> <li>Develop detailed go-to-market strategies for launching the platform in new countries, including market entry analysis, target customer segments, pricing strategies, and localization requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver identified requirements and ensure seamless market entry execution.</li> <li>Engage with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to gather insights and foster collaborations that support the company's strategic goals.</li> <li>Work with C-level to refine our corporate strategy and prepare presentations for board meetings.</li> <li>Identify, suggest and implement improvements to functional teams and the overarching operating model (how to improve internal processes for greater efficiency).</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What you will need to bring to the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>3-6 relevant years from (for example) consulting, banking, other scale-ups or VC where you have delivered high quality project work.</li> <li>Experience managing large enterprise clients and IT implementation projects is a plus </li> <li>Analyzing issues to identify root cause and suggest improvement projects; reliable analytics skills and strong problem solving toolbox.
