Job Summary

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Associates at JPMorgan Chase's new global HQ at 270 Park! Featuring vibrant food halls, bustling cafes, curated retail experiences, and world-class catering, this high-profile location will stand tall among NY's finest. As the Restaurant Manager of a 50- seat a la carte restaurant serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, you'll ensure outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Manages day to day operations of the restaurant
• Ensures a high touch hospitality experience to all clients, customers, staff
• Trains and manages staff to R/A and client expectations
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations
• Handles all financial reporting for the restaurant

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

• Five years of restaurant experience
• High hospitality IQ
• ServSafe Certification
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
