How You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop, implement, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) procedures for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues on the production floor, perform root cause analysis, and apply timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians on PM procedures, equipment reliability, and safe maintenance practices.
  • Manage spare parts inventory by identifying critical components, coordinating procurement, and maintaining organized storage systems.
  • Lead projects focused on the refurbishment or retrofitting of process equipment, applying Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
  • Support qualification and commissioning activities for new equipment, including URS development and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate production planning and leadership to schedule maintenance work without disrupting manufacturing operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on process equipment, offering technical insight during investigations, audits, and improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring to the Role

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s in engineering technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

Minimum Required: 3+ years in relevant maintenance or mechanical experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment

Preferred: Pharmaceutical or Biotech
