Your Career

As part of the role, you will be responsible to drive the discovery, build and ROI realization of analytics products for our Sales business. In connecting decision-making capabilities with business action, you will be a key enabler of sales predictability and effectiveness

• Strive tirelessly for simplicity and usability - Passionate about data visualization and packaging insights into intuitive Dashboard experiences
• Work together, win together - Establish synergy with cross-GTM analytics groups to promote knowledge sharing and standard interpretation of business metrics
• Participate in research & data discovery to inform strategic Leadership requests
• Be intellectually curious, embrace a growth mindset, and solicit honest feedback toward the continuous pursuit of optimization
• Seek opportunities to drive analytics evangelism and collaborate cross-functionally on Enterprise-wide initiatives

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Strong demonstrated experience generating insights on Product Bookings, Telemetry & Usage, SaaS metrics and Cloud Hosting/FinOps optimization
• 12+ years of experience collaborating with Product Managers, Advanced Analytics and Data Engineers in delivering analytics products
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar BI platforms is essential
• Adept at translating business questions into analytics products and activating insights in business workflows to realize ROI
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to build impactful dashboards & analytics products
• Comfortable presenting insights and facilitating business reviews with leadership audience
• Prior experience training leadership, strategy & product management audiences on Dashboard capabilities would be highly desired 
• Bachelor/Master's degree in quantitative field or equivalent military experience required
• Must be Local to the SF bay area
