General Summary
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate to play an integral role in providing regular management reporting, business analytics, variance analysis, and decision support to senior management and stakeholders throughout the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role will partner with business leaders to deliver insights to key stakeholders and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Core Functions
- Create and maintain financial models using complex data sets and formulas to deliver insightful reporting, develop multiple scenarios, provide recommendations, and improve financial projections.
- Create and deliver monthly financial reports that will provide timely and accurate insight into business results, including monthly variance analysis compared to history, forecast, and budget.
- Prepare executive presentations for budget, forecast, and business case analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to validate month-end close results.
- Support the annual strategic planning process and the recurring forecast process.
- Manage and prioritize competing demands of stakeholders across Peaksware’s many brands that span SaaS and retail business models.
- Partner with stakeholders from various departments during the annual budgeting season to produce departmental and company-wide budget forecasts.
- Participate in the due diligence and analysis process associated with mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with teams across Peaksware for ongoing process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience.
- Strong grasp of financial statements and exposure to GAAP accounting.
- Expert financial modeling skills in Excel with experience producing budget & forecast, DCF, complex Pivot Tables, and Sum of Parts financial models.
- Experience within SaaS organizations and/or holding companies with a portfolio that includes high-tech organizations.
- Experience creating and presenting financial decks to company leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience influencing stakeholders vertically and horizontally across the organization through reporting insights, financial presentations, and a strong executive presence.
- Proven track record of taking initiative to learn new concepts and staying up to date with the latest technological and industry trends.

Compensation
Peaksware is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $79,022 - $131,704. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.
