As the Head of T&S Product - Search and Account, you will manage and grow our global team of product managers to own and drive the safety features and strategies for our short video platform, ensuring our platform is safe for our global community. Your scope includes the safety of all TikTok features, including accounts & profiles, Live, comments, search, direct messages, etc.

You and your team will work closely with policy leaders, program managers, engineers, and data scientists around the world to design comprehensive strategies and plans. Your team will analyze and identify risks, own designing features, working with engineering to build them, testing and rolling out solutions, then continuing to monitor and improve them after they ship, keeping our users safe as new threats and opportunities evolve.



Responsibilities

- You will manage and grow a strong team of product managers to identify gaps and enhance safety features across our community.

- You will define a safety product roadmap, set metrics to measure effectiveness, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.

- You will analyze and identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions or back-end processes to effectively address risk and work with the engineering team to implement product solutions.
