We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Identify new business opportunities and develop own market in close cooperation with country sales manager</li> <li>To set up, coordinate &amp; execute specific account plans for assigned accounts to realize sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term</li> <li>Define and implement strategic account plans. Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account</li> <li>Prepare offers, set pricing and lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts</li> <li>Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities towards the account</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We bring</p> <ul> <li>A supportive environment where you’re empowered to grow and share your ideas.</li> <li>A dynamic work environment with many challenges that give you the possibility to work autonomously and with a team in finding the right solutions. </li> <li>Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 87,893 to 125,562 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more</li> </ul> <p>You bring</p> <p>• You have a diploma in animal science, applied animal science, veterinarian or equivalent through sector experience.</p> <p>• You have strong account management skills at B2B level and have proven experience in the animal feed and/or additives market.</p> <p>• As a diplomatic and animated speaker, you can provide technical-nutritional advice during technical sales meetings with customers.</p> <p>• You are also results-oriented, decisive and a real team player. As a strong networker, you also develop and use internal relationships within dsm-firmenich.</p> <p>• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English are required.
