Practice Details:

• Sate of the art facility
• 4 locations across Louisville
• The Newest Technology - Laser & Piezo Instruments
• PPO and Fee for Service

Job Types: Temporary - As Needed 

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 36 per week
