Marketer/Community Liaison

Bayview Healthcare is seeking an External Marketer to join the Admissions team. The primary responsibility is execution of the pre-admission referral process and Census Development by establishing and maintaining community relationships with potential customers, families, hospital case managers, physicians and other key stake holders, ensuring consistent achievement of strategic goals and market share growth.

Requirements of the External Marketer / Community Liaison:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing and/or public relations.

Experience of the External Marketer / Community Liaison:

· Three (3) years marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, mass media, advertising, policies, education, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, social and activity services, and government relations, etc., as they relate to nursing Facility operations.

· Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing.

· Must possess the ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and make recommendations to the Administrator.

· Must possess the ability to establish, implement, and maintain effective marketing and public relations program.
