This role develops and implements maintenance strategies aligned with world-class manufacturing practices and lean principles to minimize equipment downtime, eliminate waste, and increase overall operational efficiency. The position also provides technical leadership across maintenance functions while promoting employee engagement, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable process improvements.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This position primarily supports first-shift operations; however, occasional support outside normal business hours is required to meet production and maintenance needs.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of professional maintenance practices throughout the organization.</li> <li>Develop and standardize maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices to improve equipment performance and reliability.</li> <li>Analyze equipment performance using current and historical data to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Create, review, maintain, and update technical drawings, documentation, and equipment records.</li> <li>Evaluate machine components and recommend lifecycle management strategies, repairs, or replacement plans.</li> <li>Develop and support condition-based and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset performance.</li> <li>Create, validate, and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and work instructions.</li> <li>Lead initiatives that extend equipment life, improve machine reliability, and reduce maintenance-related losses.</li> &
