Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am

Carfair is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for the 2nd shift. Carfair is a leading manufacturing company known for producing high-quality products.

In this role, the Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team on the 2nd shift
• Assign tasks and set production targets for team members
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
• Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Collaborate with other team leads and departments to optimize production processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve production targets
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
