This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineer to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a fast-paced and growing organization.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Set the technical vision and direction for programs, collaborating with internal technical staff and external customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, cloud, and data solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, advocating for MORSE's technology and services</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and driving long-term growth</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide technical oversight and guidance to program team members</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"> <p><strong>US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI is preferred. </strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, with a focus on AI/ML, software, and decision systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing high-performing technical teams</p> </li> <li> <p>
