Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply aseptic techniques and follow cGMP/GLP requirements with minimal to direct supervision.

• Accurately complete batch records and perform complex, multi-step solution preparations.

• ​Assemble/disassemble process equipment and operate PLC-controlled systems per batch instructions.

• Use basic hand tools, perform in-process environmental monitoring, and assist with IOQ execution.

• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use, hazard awareness via MSDS, and incident reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness through housekeeping and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Identify and suggest improvements in equipment maintenance, calibration, and procedures.

• ·Ensure compliance with quality systems and company standards during all production phases.

REQUIREMENTS

•  AA Degree in technical area and 0-2 years relevant industry experience as determined by management is preferred.

• Basic computer skills.

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to perform calculations when supplied with the equation.

• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.

• Thorough understanding of all general lab glassware.

• Basic understanding of system controls and data logging software.
