A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e.. EN-03 pay band or GS-13 equivalent. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in expert technical review of documented safety analysis and technical safety requirement documentation and originating new and improved applications and strategies for scientific or engineering concepts, theories, and principles; investigating, evaluating, advising on, and resolving unusual problems, issues, and conditions, in multidisciplinary contexts. Examples of Specialized Experience: Evaluating and analyzing programs and applicable guidance for adequacy and formulating revisions to higher management. Composing and presenting complex, technical, sensitive information and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyzing technical reports, publications, and matter that contain advanced and highly complex concepts, data, and design information to inform program investment recommendations. Reviewing engineering reports or written evaluations to ensure quality and accuracy. Your application and resume should demonstrate that you possess the following competencies.
