Senior Business Analyst

<p>Do you have experience working in a Hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst role? Do you have excellent communication skills? Have you worked with Jira? If this sounds like you, then you might be Fivesky’s <strong><em>Senior Business Analyst.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager </li> <li>Experienced in Jira or other ALM tools to create a productive, high-quality development environment.</li> <li>Understand complex deliveries and be able to describe approaches to gaining buy-in across the Firm.</li> <li>Strong presentation-building skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.</li> <li>Able to work in a team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts, and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders across the business and technology.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate senior management stakeholders on agenda and objectives, and act as a bridge between several business areas.</li> </ul> <p><strong> What you will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with business leads, various control teams, compliance, and other partners to define scope, objectives, timeline, and plan.</li> <li>Lead working groups and stakeholder meetings and define and manage project scope using metrics.</li> <li>Risk and issue tracking and stakeholder management using an agile and flexible approach.</li> <li>Work with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (must be able to perform Pivot Tables &amp; VLookups) and PowerPoint. </li> <li>Build strong presentations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It would be awesome if you had the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in the Financial/Banking Services industry.</li> <li>An understanding of Project Management concepts, SDLC methodologies, and Operating models (Agile &amp; Waterfall).</li> <li>Knowledge of the BCBS 239 regulations. </li> <li>Project Management certifications (PMP or PRINCE). </li> <li>The ability to create detailed User Stories </li> </ul> <p>At <strong>Fivesky</strong>, our employees are our greatest asset and the focal point around which we operate; therefore, we always want the best for our employees.
