Job Description

As an experienced Associate within our audit team/s, you are expected to have previous experience in working independently as well as leading a team as an "in-charge".

From planning to execution to completion of the engagement, you will support your team, reporting to the engagement managers and partners, as well as develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.

What you’d be doing:

  • Working for interesting local and international clients as part of a multicultural and diverse audit team.
  • Managing and maintaining positive and impactful client relationships.
  • Driving quality and innovation within your engagements.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their wellbeing and learning needs are met.
  • Continuously learning and developing yourself to make sure that you're challenged and growing.

Qualifications

  • Completed or close to completed Masters degree and Accounting certification (RA) in view.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within External Audit.
  • Relevant IFRS experience essential, with Dutch GAAP a distinct added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills.
