Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development. <br/></p><p><em><strong><br/></strong></em></p><p><em><strong>This is the job</strong></em><br/></p><p>Within the Law enforcement industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to ICT Project Management of a major European institution, located in The Hague, Netherlands.</p><p><br/><em><strong><br/>This is you</strong></em><br/></p><ul> <li>Completed university degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)</li> <li>A minimum of 9 years of experience in Project Management </li> <li>Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving commercial-off-the-shelf software deployments, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties and/or SaaS projects </li> <li>Managed minimum 5 data protection projects </li> <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration projects </li> <li>A minimum of 5 year of experience in working in a highly regulated public/government environment or EU institutions or bodies </li> <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management</li> <li>Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques </li> <li>Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals. </li> <li>Certification: PM Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or PM2 (intermediate level at least, not Foundation) </li> <li>Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrations, e.g. with an example of a service integration with a third party service provider<br/>Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services </li> <li>Good knowledge of data migration concepts and strategies </li> </ul><p></p><p>Nice-to-have skills:</p><ul> <li>Delivered at least 1 CPaaS Project End-to end (from project initiation till go live)</li> <li>Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles</li> <li>Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies</li> <li>Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies, i.e. (virtual) infrastructure, containers, connectivity and environments</li> </ul><p><em><strong><br/></strong></em></p><p><em><strong>This is your role</strong></em><br/></p> <ul> <li>Manage and take responsibility under client's accountability for a series of projects to it's project management standards, specifically concerned with integrating internal developed components and services and with external services. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Ensure regular status communication updates to client's ICT management in accordance with accepted reporting standards at the deadlines requested.</li> <li>Maintain good working relationships with internal client stakeholders and staff members and external parties.</li> <li>Facilitate the setting up of meetings; undertake meeting minutes creation and distribution.</li> <li>Support all project dimensions as required and follow applicable client guidance as updated from time to time.</li> <li>Strengthen project governance implementation through coaching meetings when needed, checkpoints and boards of assigned projects, keeping stakeholders informed with up-to-date information at all times and facilitating appropriate decision making.</li> <li>Ensuring that all relevant project management documentation, including a realistic plan and Gantt chart agreed among the project stakeholders, is in place in the project management system at any given time, including by participating directly in the production of project management deliverables.</li> <li>Ensure that the Gantt chart is always updated and reflect actual project status (no outdated tasks allowed).</li> <li>Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.</li> <li>Facilitate the production and approval of project deliverables, at the specified quality level and in accordance with the project implementation plan.</li> <li>Facilitate tracking and monitoring project implementation in accordance with the scope, budget and person days specified in the project implementation documentation.</li> <li>Proactively participate in identification and handling of dependencies, issues and risks affecting the project.</li> <li>Proactively take responsibility and ownership of any risks and issues identified. Provide mitigation strategies and ensure that, when required, they are effectively escalated through the established client project governance (Stream leader, ICT Management, Steering Committees,
