Salesforce Senior Developer

<p>The Licensing Solutions team is responsible to develop and maintain the IT solutions to support Nokia licensing business.  We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solution. This role involves hands-on development (e.g. using Apex programming) within an agile (2-week sprint) environment. This role will mainly focus on development work, but you will also contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from release planning, User Story technical breakdown, and backlog refinement to code reviews and technical documentation. Your expertise will serve as a reference for other developers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.</p> <ul> <li>Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, features, and integrations.</li> <li>Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans.</li> <li>Participating actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to development best practices. </li> <li>Contribute on technical design and breakdown of technical solutions, effort estimates, create code and configuration. High quality is expected, and your work is taken as a reference by other developers.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver the new features. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>4-5 years of relevant hands-on working experience of Salesforce development.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher with good grades in Information Technology or in similar</li> <li>Fluent spoken and written English.</li> <li>"Can-do" attitude, pro-active, self-driven and consultative skills.</li> <li>Salesforce platform development knowledge and proven experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.</li> <li>Understanding of software development principles, coding standards, engineering best practices and design patterns.</li> <li>Relevant Salesforce certifications (like Platform App Builder, Platform Developer).</li> <li>Ability to breakdown an epic into multiple User Stories in an incremental manner, following Agile Best-Practices</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD setups for Salesforce solutions.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b><span>Come create the technology that helps the world act together<br/> </span></b><span><br/> Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
