HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

A Varsity Spirit Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for administration, and distribution of sales rep sample lines. You will be responsible for sample room request fulfillment, inventory and organization of rep samples.  

A Varsity Spirit Sales Operations Coordinator will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate packaging and shipping of samples, supplies, and display items for events
• Organization, administration, and distribution of sales rep sample lines
• Fulfill sample room requests from reps, managers, and internal departments
• Inventory and organization of resigned rep samples
• Keep abreast of current product and sample lines to cycle out retired items
• Assist with miscellaneous office and warehouse projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Critical thinking skills and decision-making ability for dealing with a variety of circumstances
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Cooperative team player who can also work independently
• Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently
• Experience with Varsity’s products and internal procedures preferred

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industry Experience preferred
• Experience in administrative support role for at least 2 years

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
