Lakeland University, a liberal arts institution, seeks a qualified full-time faculty member for the Charlotte and Walter Kohler Chair in Business and Director of Graduate Programs in the College of Business.
The Chair will provide administrative oversight related to the MBA and MS-LOD programs, teach, and serve as the graduate programs' community outreach coordinator, to drive enrollment in these programs. This is a 12-month tenure track position. The position will carry a teaching load of fifteen credits of undergraduate and graduate courses for the academic year, to include Accounting and/or Economics courses.

Preference will be given to applications received by December 31, 2024. Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefit program is offered. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Terminal degree in the field of Business with a concentration in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Economics or closely related field required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant teaching experience at the graduate level.
- CPA, CMA, CFA preferred but not required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Teach undergraduate courses in management, strategy, and graduate level business to students of varying ability levels.
- Manage and direct the MBA and MS-LOD programs.
- Review & approve MBA/MS-LOD student applications.
- Oversight of MBA/MS-LOD adjunct instructors.
- Confirm qualifications, interview, and recommend selection of new instructors.
