As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence and exceptional customer service to all visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access to the building, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible and attentive presence at the front desk, supporting a positive environment for everyone in the building. Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and/or tenants at the front desk and provide excellent customer service in a commercial real estate setting.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist in implementing and following security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the location.
• Act as a point of contact for building inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate areas or personnel as needed.
• Support emergency response activities from the front desk position, including communicating with appropriate personnel and following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
