Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p>The <strong>Business Operator</strong> will work with program managers to execute and pursue projects operations.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>This includes, but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop new or use established processes to monitor contract status and respond to customer, prime, and/or management requests and data calls.</li> <li>Develop and monitor requirements, budgets and schedules.</li> <li>Develop documentation for submission to government or prime customers and for internal reviews.</li> <li>Design, draft, and executive communications to delivery teams for informational and recognition messages.</li> <li>Coordinate, prepare, and brief management on project status at various milestones/stages in the project life-cycle.</li> <li>Support project managers with project and contract execution. This includes managing burn plans, processing invoices, procurement activities and onboarding/offboarding resources.</li> <li>Support proposal development process. This includes setting schedules, facilitating and conducting reviews, and other related proposal taskings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of prior work experience supporting multiple projects</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft office suite of tools</li> <li>Data entry and producing reports</li> <li>Able to work 100% at facilities within Chantilly, VA and the broader National Capital Region.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing or leading projects or teams.</li> <li>Previous intern experien
