Position: Senior/Lead Automation Engineer – AccelQ

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior/Lead Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AccelQ to lead automation initiatives across enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will drive test strategy, design scalable automation frameworks, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test suites using AccelQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead automation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in test automation, with 2+ years in AccelQ.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and Agile practices.
• Experience with REST API testing, web/mobile automation, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
