The Data Analyst - Integrations should be able to analyze and manipulate large data sets using Python packages like Pandas.  The Data Analyst - Integrations should have a track record of being organized, following up with contacts, and being detail oriented.  Additionally, they should have experience working with non-technical stakeholders while providing customer facing technical support.

What You'll Do:

• Become an expert in CX Data Team data collection, extraction, transformation and migrations
• Become an expert in the PRISM RESTful APIs and integration capabilities, providing support for both internal and external API consumers
• Work with Implementation Project Managers and other Data Team members to scope data transformation and translation requirements to build automated data migration tools
• Develop, test and execute Python scripts and tools that facilitate transformation of large data sets to support data migrations from source to destination systems.
• Engage with internal and external project stakeholders to understand business and technical data requirements 
• Identify and mitigate data risks that block product adoption and customer satisfaction  
• Record and track tasks and interactions using Jira and other project management tools

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years’ experience performing data analysis and data transformations
• 2-3 years’ experience developing data migration scripts and tools using Python
• Experienced in Python data manipulation packages like Pandas
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and associated web calls
• Ability to read and work with CSV, XML and JSON formats
• Energetic, proactive self-starter and dedicated team player  
• Passionate about the customer experience  
• Strong communication; accountable and willing to communicate proactively internally and externally
• Detail oriented and well organized   
• Experience writing SQL queries a plus

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 91,375.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
