We have a huge favor factor inside and outside Lely and manage to attract at least 20 hires from scarce target groups together every month. How do we do that? What I said: together! We work as a team and believe in the various specializations that recruitment has such as sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, recruitment officers, campus recruitment and employer branding.

The team holds a stand-up 3 times a week in which we indicate where we need help, but can also offer help. We can only achieve our team targets by working together. We regularly have team training and team parties to get to know each other better and conclude this with a nice drink.

The candidate experience starts from the first moment with the candidate, and we take it very seriously. The unique Lely feeling must be conveyed well from that moment on. What is that? Qualifications

But back to you… You are a specialist, an expert in your field and full of ambition. You know how to make the match between candidate, Lely and the vacancy. You take up the vacancy from the start and this process stops after an offer has been accepted. You can call on the expertise of a sourcer, employer brand specialist and other HR professionals from the department. In addition, you have various resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, unlimited job slots, various job boards and photo and video material at your disposal. And are you missing something? Further:

• At least 3 years of experience as an (agency) recruiter
• Minimum HBO level
• Can you make yourself understood in English?
• Netherland based
