Senior Fullstack Developer - Fully Remote

SOFTGAMES is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join us and support our teams with powerful new tools to operate our games, bringing joy to tens of millions of players each month.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will design, build, test and implement tools and services to operate our live games. You will collaborate with producers, artists, and other developers to understand the needs and provide the best possible user experience to ensure productivity.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will deliver robust and high performing code, be passionate and learn fast. You will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment as part of a small, experienced and dynamic team.

Your role

• Build beautiful tools and solid infrastructure for games that are played by millions of users

• Maintain and optimize services that are used internally by our Instant Games teams

• Improve the UX and maintainability of our web dashboards to maximize productivity

• Write robust, maintainable and extensible code

• Estimate the complexity of tasks and write technical specifications

• Contribute to shared libraries and communicate changes to fellow developers

• Share knowledge and help your peers

Your profile

• Great passion for games!

• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, with significant experience in both front-end and back-end development.
  

• Extensive experience in scaling infrastructure on Google Cloud or AWS, with a focus on cost efficiency.
  

• Strong familiarity with React and NextJS, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CDK.

• A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a solid understanding of software development best practices.

• Ability to quickly get up to speed with existing code and tech stacks

• Open-minded, humble and always curious to learn
