Job Description
As the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance and Training, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance and training development.
- File review and manage performance
- Training of new Corporate FA staff and FA Director level staff at campuses
- Develop and deliver training for all corporate and campus FA (Regional Director to assist)
- Stay up to date on state and federal regulations
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Field calls and emails to answer regulatory and operational questions
- Manage campus based funds
- Attend required annual conferences/webinars/trainings
- Re- Draw TIV funding when required
- ASVN funding check prior to graduation
- COD reject review and resolution
- Manage Corporate Staff
- Cal Grant Program Management
- Manage required aspects of EP and back up for EP requests as needed
- Clinical Discounts and Internal Scholarship Management
- EP quality assurance validation
- File preparation lead for audits - in person may be required
- Supply reporting requests
- Special projects for VP of SFS
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of Financial Aid experience
- CampusVue® experience preferred
- Management experience required
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Ability to impart knowledge to others successfully
- Tile IV regulations expert knowledge
- Cal Grant experience
