Our client is seeking Personal Injury Attorneys in Orange County, CA.  Below is a summary to match your experience against the role:

This role is ideal for someone who is independent and capable of managing cases autonomously while valuing collaboration in a supportive and flexible workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 15-17 cases with minimal supervision.
• All aspects of litigation, including defense strategy development, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and trial
• Work collaboratively with partners and other associates to develop appropriate legal strategies
• Provide direction to supporting legal assistants, law clerks, and paralegals
• Conduct depositions, especially involving healthcare professionals.
• Draft motions (including motions for summary judgment)
• Collaborate on mediations and prepare for trials.
• Handle 140 to 150 billable hours/month
• Work Setup: in-office initially with Hybrid option after 3 months.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in general liability, with a specific focus on personal injury, is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice.
• Efficiently analyze issues and communicate regularly with claims professionals.
• Must have experience working in a law firm environment.
