The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Complex Services Processor to support the Retirement Plan operations business in a work from home environment.

 

Background Details
As a Sr. Complex Services Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing corrections needed at either the plan or the participant level. You will be processing straight forward/simple corrections. Over time, you will also process increasingly more complex corrections that will require additional review and research to determine next steps for correction. What you'll be doing

  • You will review, research and process simple and increasingly complex corrections for the retirement plan and retirement plan participants in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in a timely manner and meeting deadlines appropriately.
  • You will obtain needed information by communicating effectively, verbally and in written form, with internal/external stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. You will review and provide information to increasingly complex questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will monitor daily workload volumes and production area processes to ensure quality and timeliness in accordance with established service goals.
  • You will share knowledge, information and changes in process with team members.
  • You will identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives that will positively enhance and influence the team and quality.

What we’re looking for

Must-have experience (Required):

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 – 5+ Years of processing or similar experience that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

 

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):  

  • Retirement plan operations experience.
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, and customers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style. Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues, and peers.

The pay range for this position is $25.51 - $34.01 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limite
