You will play a critical role in developing master data, creating insightful reports, and leveraging tools like Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making that supports our supply chain operations.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li><b>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</b> Support the budgeting and forecasting processes through collaboration with key stakeholders to develop robust business plans, including management presentations and comprehensive reporting.</li><li><b>Master Data Management:</b> Oversee the integrity of master data related to supply chain finance, ensuring alignment with reporting and analytical requirements.</li><li><b>Reporting &amp; Analytics:</b> Design and develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, aiding in the identification of cost optimization opportunities.</li><li><b>New Data Model Implementation:</b> Serve as a key contributor in the implementation of a new data model across finance, ensuring that financial data is accurately captured, analyzed, and reported to enhance decision-making.</li><li><b>Business Partnering:</b> Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to elevate financial acumen and provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and strategic initiatives.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting, and analytics to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li><b>Education &amp; Training:</b> Elevate the financial understanding of designated functional teams by educating business partners on key financial concepts, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Are Looking For:</b></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably with a focus on financial planning and analysis or business partnering.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is an asset.</li><li>Strong background in process design and improvement is an asset.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge &amp; Technical Competency Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and technical finance knowledge, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage change effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with SAP.
