Product Mgmt/Strategy Snr Manager

The product leader will define and drive entire products and major  product areas that enable our customers to build highly personalized and predictive health  experiences like understanding and acting on the operational health of a hospital system, or a  nation of citizens, to recommending a care plan for a specific patient to manage a chronic  disease. Our platform covers all aspects of capturing all health data, making sense of it, and  packaging it into a set of services and solutions that surface within analytics tools, EHR  applications like Millennium, and new applications we build with partners. You will succeed by  being a tenacious, self-starter with a passion for the health space and who can serve as a strong  advocate for our customers, and their patients. Use your proven analytical capabilities, strong  persuasive writing skills, the drive to develop ideas to thrive in our fast-paced and highly  dynamic start-up environment.

US: Hiring Range: from $109,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
