ABOUT THE TEAM

 

As part of the People Department, you will partner with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. We are looking for 2 interns in our Talent Acquisition time to work alongside our Business and Tech Recruitment Partners. We are open to consider both mandatory and voluntary internships (ideally longer than 3 months), available at the earliest possible starting date.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support our Tech or Business Recruitment Partners throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
• Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns  across different functions
• Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth and personalized recruitment process 
• Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing 
• Take part in Employer Branding projects and campaigns to strengthen our employer brand
• Support projects related tool customization, automation and other miscellaneous operational tasks (ATS clean-up and weekly audit, reports, job set-up)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency
• A Self-starter with with a growth mindset - you are all about learning and being curious about everything
• High level of ownership and a can-do attitude 
• People-centric approach to recruitment and a passion for D&I initiatives 
• Previous experience with recruiting platforms and tools, (Greenhouse would be a plus)
• You are available for a period of at least 3 - 6 months
• You are proficient in English
