While the Head of Office Management is based in Stockholm, members of the team are spread across our European offices. We are a small but fun team that values details and knows how to leave a lasting impression.
About the Office Coordinator roleAs Office Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring great service to all our guests, as well as our employees. Provide a warm and friendly welcome for external visitors and greeting them upon arrival. Our Office team plays a vital role in making Trustly a great place to work and maintaining our great culture, and the Office Coordinator will take initiative in these areas. You will report directly to our Director of Office Management, based in Stockholm.

About the Office Coordinator roleAs Office Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring great service to all our guests, as well as our employees. You will report directly to our Director of Office Management, based in Stockholm.
What you'll do:
- Manage all internal and external visitors, making sure things run smoothly day to day
- Ensure guests and employees receive a high level of service
- Coordinate food and beverage in the office
- Act as first contact for office employees
- Manage meeting rooms and external visitors
- Support the Office Manager with projects both locally and internationally
- Manage internal events
- Manage conference area
- Assist with travel and taxi bookings
- Assist with purchases and procurement for the office
- Manage courier and post
Who you are:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, service
- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, Swedish is a bonus
- You’re hard-working, love learning new things and solutions-oriented
- You are a great coordinator, with an eye for detail
- You are creative and never reluctant to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- You probably come from the hospitality sector, but most importantly, you have the instinct needed to provide great service and thrive on making things happen
