  As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Data Driven Decision Making Financial Control Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.  

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
• Deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment
• Lead initiatives to build out our existing inventory of how data is managed and used across WLS to ensure calibrated and well-thought-out decision making
• Prepare reporting/metrics and perform data analysis and investigations into data to support our governance processes
• Support the strategic vision of enabling data use while protecting data as an asset to the firm and help promote this culture with the business

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
• MBA or related Master’s Degree
• Strong data analysis, data management and problem solving skills
