The US Human Health Commercial Excellence and Innovation (CEI) Marketing Operations team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Claims Library Administrator - Content Catalystto support our AI-Driven Content Review Technology 

 

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the creation and refinement of claims library across our US Human Health division. This individual will need to ensure compliance and accuracy while facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders. 

 

As a key player on our team you will collect and review job codes for eligibility, extract claims from approved resources, and route developed claims libraries for thorough appropriate reviews. You will also play a vital role in aligning our Claims Library development timelines with the Content Catalyst and our Company's marketing model delivery timelines.

Primary Responsibilities include and may not be limited to: 

  • Collect jobs from Review job codes for eligibility for auto-harvesting of claims. 

  • Extract claims from approved resources provided by the Brand Team, utilizing both manual and auto-harvesting techniques. 

  • Route developed claims libraries to the Senior Specialist, Product Operations Coordinator - Content Catalyst and Agile Teams for thorough review and input. 

  • Integrates and reflect feedback from internal review within the Claims Library. 

  • Approve or withdraw claims within the Claims Library based on compliance and accuracy. 

  • Maintain and oversee the management of spreadsheets and trackers to ensure all claims are up-to-date and accessible. 

  • Collaborate with various operations and marketing stakeholders to maintain clarity and transparency in the claims process. 

  • Identify opportunities for standardization and training across US processes and teams to improve Claims Library automation and onboarding for future teams. 

  • Ensure Claims Library development timelines align to Content Catalyst and our Company's marketing model delivery timelines. 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing or a related field and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in above and a high school diploma.

  • Proven experience within product and disease state claims management and MLR content review processes. 

  • Proficient in the use of Veeva Vault PromoMats or other related promotional review technologies for claims management and approval processes. 

  • Exceptional timeline management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks ranging from high-level oversight to detailed execution. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
