Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Miami. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will support client accounts, assist with project coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client reports and proposals

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and requests

• Monitor account progress and ensure timely execution of tasks

• Support senior representatives in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

• Document communications and update client records

• Help identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus, but not required
