Description

  • Manages day to day operations of the department
  • Develops and manages the department's budget for specific projects and activities
  • Supervise staff and provides on-going performance feedback and addresses problems; hires, orients and trains employees, verifies competency and identifies and suggests ways to develop skills
  • Manages relationships with vendors and/or outside consultants
  • Propose, evaluates, and implements special projects such as new system implementation and business process re-engineering
  • Directs and coordinates long range planning and evaluating; revises and implements written procedures
  • Acts as a liaison to other departments for the implementation of new projects
  • Performs other related duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, business or a related field
  • Five years project planning or related experience or a Master's degree with 3 years previous project planning or related experience
