About Mathnasium

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Center Director to help manage daily operations, support families, and drive growth through strong relationship-building and effective communication. If you have a passion for education, leadership, and sales, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment
  
  
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective families and clearly present Mathnasium’s program offerings
  
  
• Guide parents through the enrollment process, confidently handling objections and promoting long-term value
  
  
• Collaborate with the Center Director to implement and achieve sales goals and performance targets
  
  
• Support hiring, training, and management of instructional staff
  
  
• Build strong relationships with enrolled families to ensure satisfaction and retention
  
  
• Deliver Mathnasium instruction as needed (grades K–12)
  
  
• Monitor student progress and communicate results to parents
  
  
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreach
  
  
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Math, Business, or related field) - not necessary
  
  
• Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  
  
• Strong math competency through Algebra 2
  
  
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
  
• Passion for education and helping children succeed
