Vision RT is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Install Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-class project support to customers throughout their installation journey, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage installations from purchase order through to acceptance for the full Vision RT product range
- Review site surveys to ensure all installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures
- Coordinate multiple installation projects simultaneously while delivering exemplary customer service
- Resolve project issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as new products launch
- Work with operations to confirm customer system logistics
- Plan installations with Vision RT engineers to ensure room readiness and optimal allocation of resources
- Liaise with customers, third-party contractors, engineers, clinical applications trainers, sales, and operations teams
Essential Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordinating installations, implementations of machinery, devices, hardware or even construction
- Experience supporting both external and internal customers
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer-facing and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to interface with clients and stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with working in a regulated environment
- Background in Radiation Oncology, Radiotherapy, or Medical Imaging
- Experience in Installation Project Management
- Experience in Field Services projects
