Make an Impact as a Case Aide – Refugee Services (Full-Time)
Location: Detroit, MIPay Rate: $17.50/hour
Are you driven by purpose and energized by work that changes lives? Join our Refugee Services team as a Case Aide, where every day offers the opportunity to support newly arriving families as they begin their journey toward stability, safety, and belonging in the United States.
In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate directly with a Case Manager to ensure each refugee household is welcomed with dignity and provided with essential services—from preparing their initial home setup and coordinating pre-arrival arrangements to assisting with critical registrations such as Social Security and public benefits. Whether you have a background in social work, psychology, or community services, or you're looking to grow your experience in refugee resettlement, this role offers meaningful connection, professional growth, and the chance to create lasting impact.
If you’re ready to put your talents to work supporting refugees and other New Americans as they rebuild their lives, we’d love to meet you.
