Job Description

We are developing a semantic search tool to optimize the quality of GRC submittals for our large California-based energy client. As a Senior .NET Developer, you’ll support all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of custom NLP search algorithms.

In joining our Digital Transformation practice, you’ll be an integral contributor and thought leader on a team that applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to advance clients toward their biggest business goals. We’re architects, managers, and engineering consultants coming together to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenges at hand and developing innovative, high-impact solutions across a variety of industries and projects

About you

• You design and implement software written in .NET and C# using Agile methodologies
• You deliver high-quality documentation in support of delivered software as specified in project plans
• You produce clear, concise, well-thought-out technical designs using Object Orientated design techniques conforming to established technical architecture
• You have a user-first mindset and focus on what is possible over what is standard practice in the industry
• You’re self-motivated and able to work well under pressure

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development 
• Strong technical background coding in .NET, C#, and Python
• Azure and SharePoint integration experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience

Additional Information

Compensation from $125,000 - 190,000, DOE
