We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to support our clinical leadership team in a part-time capacity. The Clinical Admin. Assistant will work a minimum of 20 hours per week with 1 day a week in the office in Cedarhurst, NY. 
This position is perfect for a recent grad or an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Help organize meetings, schedules, and communications across our interdisciplinary team 
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to keep clinical operations running smoothly 
• Assist with data reports, audits, and HIPAA-compliant documentation 
• Use your critical thinking skills to help drive efficiency and improve systems 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Must be able to work 20 - 28 hours per week
• Must be able to work in-office 1 - 2 days per week
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong practical experience with MS Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Prior experience in a nursing home, long-term care, or SNF setting is preferred 
• Degree or certification in Nursing, Therapy, Health Care Administration, or Medical Assisting, is a plus
