About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Procure to Pay Systems Manager is the primary financial systems architecture and systems management resource for Peloton’s finance and accounting systems. You will be the trusted resource for systems planning, architecture, implementation, application administration, roles management, and business unit functional support!
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Primary business application support partner for the company’s Accounting, Finance, and Treasury organizations
- Identify opportunities, create, and implement processes to improve the effectiveness of the team and operational excellence.
- Provide day-to-day management to guide the team throughout the software application development lifecycle to deliver flexible, innovative, cost-effective solutions while meeting business, compliance and security requirements.
- Responsible for financial system architecture, administration, roles management, change management, release management, integration, monitoring, and functional support of applications such as Coupa, Concur, Kyriba, and Service Channel
- Act as a solution architect for financial systems by identifying business requirements, as well as technical, procedural, and functional gaps, and then implementing solutions for those needs
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, product vendors, development teams, and consultants to implement business solutions and processes using best-in-class standards, procedures, and methodologies
- Contribute to the creation and execution of project plans, including defining activities, sequences, dependencies, work effort, schedules, and task duration
- Ensure clear documentation of processes and standards - keep up with system standard methodologies
- Supervise the Change Management and Release Management processes for business applications
- Work with software vendors, system integrators and internal Peloton teams to deliver all initiatives ranging from large enterprise implementations to smaller features/improvements.
- Handle the overall health and operation of financial systems, including system updates, regular maintenance, and monitoring
- Be responsible for the creation, refinement, estimation, and prioritization of product backlog items
- Be embedded with our business partners
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years Finance/Systems or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance/Systems technical support
- Experience with SAP Concur, Coupa, and/or Kyriba are strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience designing and implementing Financial ERP systems with emphasis in Procure to Pay and Financial Accounting domain, using Tier 1 global ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Well versed in Finance business processes in Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Tax, Travel Expenses, Corporate/Procurement cards and Accounting, as well as their interdependencies and how system solutions fit into the processes.
- Extensive experience in managing a complex, global production environment and maintaining operational excellence. Ability to mobilize and escalate to any level necessary to get issues solved timely and effectively.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
